Leading by Example, On Site and on Paper.
Across aviation, field service, and technical roles, I’ve consistently been trusted with more than just hands-on work — I’ve led teams, coordinated complex operations, and ensured everything from aircraft acceptance to tool acquisition paperwork was handled correctly.
I’ve served as a Maintenance Superintendent, managing site-level operations with a dual focus on readiness and compliance. I’ve also supported site mobilization and demobilization — helping stand up or break down field maintenance operations and ensuring tools, personnel, and assets were properly documented and transitioned.
Personnel Oversight: Directed up to 16 mechanics and technicians, assigning jobs and setting daily tasking priorities
Scheduling: Created and maintained monthly maintenance calendars to ensure full coverage of phase, inspection, and line duties
Aircraft Acceptance: Verified tail number, serial data, airframe condition, and supporting documentation to confirm proper receipt of aircraft prior to assignment — a critical QC task commonly referred to as “acceptance paperwork”
Tool and Part Acquisition Paperwork: Processed and tracked part requests and tool acquisition forms to keep teams properly equipped
Site Demobilization: Oversaw breakdown of deployed maintenance sites including parts inventory reconciliation, tool tracking, and shipment coordination
Reporting & Documentation: Produced and reviewed maintenance logs, daily status reports, and safety documentation
In addition to field expertise, I’m fluent in the Microsoft Office Suite, including:
Excel: Task scheduling, equipment tracking, and logbook support
Outlook: Coordinating communications across teams and time zones
Word: Drafting shift notes, SOP documentation, and work records
PowerPoint: Preparing briefing materials for leadership and customer interface
Whether I’m coordinating inspections or managing shift turnover, I work to ensure that teams are aligned, equipment is accounted for, and nothing slips through the cracks. I bring the same discipline to paperwork and digital tracking as I do to hands-on service — because both are mission-critical.
